I would just like to say I was very impressed with the response time when I sent off the email.

I got banned for 2 days for "You were banned for failing to heed numerous admin warnings and a server
kick for global chat."

I am new to PR I got the squad teamwork and everything down, I didn't know about the global chat, but now I do so thanks :D

Ps. this isn't a ban appeal, I am getting unbanned tonight anyway :)

This thread is just to say how impressed I was with the time it took you guys to respond.

I sent off my email early lastnight, eagerly awaiting a reply. Again i want to apologize, i was shocked and very upset to receive a permanent ban for global spam, i can guarentee it will not happen again.

I'm not sure why people who receive multiple warnings and kicks for disrepecting the community and admins are at all surprised when they are banned..... bl really

BTW for anybody interested - the ban process is generally;

48hrs - 1 week first offence
1 week second offence
1 month third offence
Perm - when the admins have decided not to waste any more time on you.

Of course there is latitude for us to move - say you have had a long period of time between bans we might drop you down to phase 1 or if you are really stupid (cheating or just plain abusive) we might jump straight to perma.

TLDR - listen to community and admin requests, don't be a tool and enjoy the game.
