I'm writing an essay on moral panic and its use by govt to instigate policy changes. Sick of writing about communists and boat people (it all makes me too angry), I thought I'd have a search around for something on aliens.

Hmm...moral panic...obviously the 'War on Terror', but maybe also work the reverse too, ie use against govs too, as in Climate Change.
