Invisable Rally Point bug - Greasy Mullet

I was playing on MEC/China (what ever side it is, not US. LOL) last night and my squad was defending Oil Tank??? (forgot, flag before Military Base). Some US guys got to the shipping container next to the 'Heli port' and put up a Rally Point that we couldnt see but we all knew was there as we could see soldier after soldier spawning there. We thru nade after nade at the container , hit it with AT Rockets, SLAMs and C4 but couldnt destroy the rally point.

Can anyone tell me where the rally point was and/or how to put one there.
Personally I dont mind people exploiting these glitches as if everyone knows about them it aint really an advantage.

when the US takes military base u get a spawn point there, it cant be takin out.

Not the case here Magnet as we MEC still had the point.

It's a moot issue considering the imminent arrival of 0.6 (not that I've played any beta yet, is it fixed?).

Yeah, for some reason when military is capped, the US get a spawnpoint at oiltanks. It is odd. The easiest option to defned it would be just to get a few guys to sit there and shoot any spawners, as it is an optional spawn point.
