Hi everyone,
Some of you may know that I went to Singapore in January with the concert band I'm in. Long story short, I have been given he task of organising some 3300 photos into a single DVD. All the photos are organised but my major problem is removing red-eye en masse. Does anybody know of a program which could process a large (round about 600 or so I'd say) amount of photos to remove red eye? At the moment I only have ****ty Cannon Photo editter or something which only lets me do one at a time. I have Photoshop CS2 (Photoshop 8) at my disposal but can easily "acquire" another program if there is one that is better at it. Can somebody please help?

Cheers,
Chickenhawk

I don't know how you go about removing red eye...

This guy seems to think he's made a pretty nifty tool:

Photoshop CS3 has a red-eye tool under the "Healing Brush tool", which depending on how it is used... could be recorded and then set to play on every photo. I did the yearbook for my old school and I recall that I managed to get photoshop to edit 150 photos in the same way changing a range of attributes, saving and closing them one at a time. The process changed from about 1-2 minutes per picture to about 5 minutes for all 150 photos. :)

Not going to be too handy if someone is wearing a red-ish shirt though. I think you will just have to tough it out Chicken. Man Up! and get some Cowboy in you!
