Low Stress Jobs

I was just looking at a Yahoo 7 link I think Bahlye posted about our most recent casualties in Afghanistan and when I finished I saw this Need a Less Stressful Career? I got to tell you I laughed pretty dam hard at this, some of the jobs they have out lined as absolute BS. Apparently pastry chefs don't get stressed out well guess what I know for a fact they do I work with the grumpy pricks. Not to mention Preschool teachers yes they never have a bad day surrounded by little kicking, screaming & biting monsters.

Anyway the way I look at it is the only way any of these jobs aren't stressful is if your no good at them and no one expects anything from you. :D

Lol...My Dad is a pastry Chef,He reckons the only stress he ever got from working in Restaurants was from the people around him ,Bosses,Chefs and apprentices!!!.
Hes given that up ,now works at a Gourment Pastries place now.


And my Mum is a nurse...I doubt she would agree its low stress either..;)

my wife is a teacher (primary) and would definitely vouch for teaching little brats being stressful - although dealing with (weird, worrisome, divorced, demanding, overhelpful) parents is the most stressful part.

and desktop IT support not stressful? LOL not when you have stressed ppl yelling down the phone "My lack of planning and/or lack of IT skills are now your urgent problem! Fix it."

Graphic design is hella stressfull especially when your pumping out 7 300+ page magazines each week, i love it when we have deadlines and no one else follows it except us graphics designers abide to it and we get our heads chewed off for things being late *sigh*

Fairfax Community Network Central Head Office, mainly do free glossy mags that get sent to your mailbox everyweek in Melbourne

the most stress free job is not having one...

but that doesn't always work :'(
