He has a multiple hash ban being gradually imposed across all PR servers.
He also has a habit of impersonating a couple of PR players, making names very similar to them and repeatedly doing silly things.

Sorry Lycett man, but I think you might be a little confused... afaik the majority of DSL provision is based upon dynamic IP allocation, even cable connections in Aus I believe get dynamic IPs [but are bound by MAC address, at least in Telstra's case].

Businesses and a few ISPs offer static IP allocation, but amongst residential users, every time a PPP connection is dropped or manually restarted, a new IP is allocated within the ISPs subrange. So if I were banned by IP for example, it would literally take me about 45 seconds to disconnect/reconnect my PPP connection and have a new IP, being able to play.

So in short, IP bans are useless in this sense... they're great if you're being DDoSed or banning hosts that are sending bad data.. but for hax bans... no go! :)

edit: And a side effect of IP bans in this dynamically allocated world is that someone who gets your old banned IP would no longer be able to access the server, even though they did nothing wrong!

The Dynamic ip only changes the last two numbers in the IP afaik.
And this particular tool will sooner or later get tired of himself hopefully, especially if PEOPLE STOP CLICKING ON HIS U TUBE POSTS!!!!.(hint).

Dynamic IP basically means that you may get a different IP address each time you (or your router) connects to your ISP. Usually they're in a specific range though, ie the first 2 or 3 quads will be the same, and the remaining one(s) will be different. For example, it might be 12.34.56.78 one day and 12.34.56.79 the next.

203.99.214.87 is different from 203.99.214.88

Doesn't matter how many numbers change, as long as one does, it's a new IP.

He was awesome.

We had a guy like that in RO as well, he had a global ban from almost every server.

This is why servers need regular admins and/or conscientious players submitting reports (with his pb guid!!). It's not too hard to keep them out with a little work.

The CS bit was pretty funny. I mean, everyone in that video automatically loses for playing that game anyway.

How much help would you need to slap this particular little fool around...,like I said...Don't click on his U tube posts...and if the little twit ever shows up on our servers how about we get both sides playing to call a cease fire and surround him, then bunny hop him to death.

(or,...seriously get hold of an Admin ASAP and we ban him from our servers as well.:))

He's already banned from our servers.
Like I said, he is gradually being banned from all PR servers.

Haha, no, his name comes up as N/A as he was banned by hash without name, being that he uses so many names, there was no point putting one in.

watching his other videos he seems like the kinda guy that would ruin the whole game for you and possibly smash your computer. Reminds me of another guy on our server (not as extreme) but he'd jump in the planes as soon as they would spawn but he didn't know how to pitch up in the plane thus running into the fence at the end of the runway with EVERY plane we had.
