How do I change classes/teams in ArmA

Question is there ^^^ how do I change classes in ArmA I'm playing Wolf's domination and I want need to repair a downed aircraft so I want to change to engineer but I can't figure out how.

I believe you have to abort (option above respawn in esc move) then it will take you back to the initial white class selection screen. You cant do it while spawned afaik

Hmmm I was hoping you wouldn't say that ... right I will try it and heaven forbid I have to restart my server it has taken me ages to single-handedly load the MHQ with my weapon layouts. >_<

FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! It reset me server and all my stuff is gone. :blowup:

Yeah I've being starting lan servers so I don't eat up my piss weak Telstra plan and get capped. Besides ArmA by yourself is better than ArmA with a bunch of randoms.

Lol sadly this can be true.

Yeah Vis the only way you can change is by exiting back to the lobby/player slot screen. ArmA is a bit more static role based that way.

I dont mind with a few randoms :p At least I know theres real people around lol..

On a Non dedicated server, you cant switch rolls without loosing all progress as you are leaving the game to go to lobby. Meaning you quit the current mission.

Get a 2nd pc to host the game on lan then you join it that way its the host and you can leave and join all you want in other slots.. lol
