pretty sweet, look through the thread (all 4 pages) for screenies. It started as an Arma project but they didn't release it and are now busy working on porting it over to Arma2. Unfortunately i think they mentioned only a 2010 release date.

yes dont expect to see this any time soon, if you thought the bf2 map tools were bad then you should see visitor3 :P (arma2 map tool) not to mention around 6 people are working on it, diff parts of it, so makes it a tad complicated, but it does look very very good lol.

its been worked on since arma 1 so its been in the making for AGES. I dont expect it to be near finished any time soon.
