Approximate Time for Ban Information

I sent an email to the email address specified in the above topic approx. 3 days ago.. Just wondering how long it normally takes for a reply?

Start a post in the forum about it for one. They will be dis-regarded and usually deleted. Come onto any BigD source such as IRC or TS and complain about it. You do not make friends that way.
Do not send mass PMs to admins, flood admins PM box's, flood the reportplayer email address, flood IRC chat, or add an admin to MSN and start hurling abuse/flooding chat/demanding things. It will get you nowhere, only making you and the person you are trying to talk to frustrated as well, and most likely end up with you being ignored. Be mature, calm and patient when explaining the problem. Be aware you are probably dragging someone away from their family/dinner/etc to deal with the situation. A little respect will get you a long way.

So after reading the above post you think this is the best way to get people to do what you want... Why not the mass PM's you sent didn't......

A reply was sent a few days ago, has been resent as it seems you haven't received it/it was auto blocked by spam filter perhaps ?.
