At the moment they told comandernuf (also with Telstra) that it was a the bigD not allowing enough packets. I think we know this isn't true. People need to keep hammering customer support and tech.

well iv done some tests and seems okay locally.. but there is a major fault that theyre having currently an on their site it comes up as a major problem etc. so thats why. now they got me doing all these test ffs lol. but yea as some a yous my phone also is pretty munted to talk to its like it echoes or something along those lines. so ill keep this updated an let yous know if i can get telstra to admit that it is their problem lol .

heres their problem report yet its still not fixed and has been a couple weeks.... soo hopeless.

Area Affected: Christchurch, Wellington and the Kapiti Coast

Customer Impact: Some Customers on Telstra Clear’s InHome Broadband Service in Wellington, Kapiti and Christchurch, may be experiencing an intermittent loss of High Speed Internet (No Data Transfer).
This means they will will be unable to browse the Internet or send and receive emails.

Technicians are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will post regular updates here on our progress towards a solution.

well my ping issues have randomly disappeared ? guess my phone call paid off

lol. also i believe the server had some maintenance?. so its hard to say which was the problem. cause now im noticing most players have normal ping now=]
