Today we released the next updated build for Ravaged. In this build we have added many new features and fixed an extensive list of bugs.
- Tennis ball bomb hand grenade - Updated mini map designs - Vehicle driver camera selection remembered and restored per vehicle type - Adjusted weapon equip/put-down times - Fixed right-click glitching on non-zoom weapons - Weapon animations: M249 Saw added to build - Derelict (map) updates/fixes. - Bunnyhop reduction: minimum time between jumps. - Driver kill assists add to scoring system. - Steam achievements ⅔ completed. - F.U. taunt now networked. - CTR mode scoring fixes - Teamkill decay. - Redist install fixes - Ping overflow in scoreboard fixed - Raised resource icon to fix obstructing player. - Removed spawn light effect. - 4x4 vehicle physics tweak. - Spawn camper detection: after killing 3 enemies in their home base: turns on nametag until they die. - Quad steering tweak (steer amount lowered at slow speeds and turn rate increased for all speeds) - Revamped vehicle exit system: each seat has its own exit, if none work then uses "emergency exit" 10ft above vehicle (when stuck) - taunt spam fix (only once per 6 secs) - server browser sorting fix - high ping kick bug fixed |

There was a new build last saturday with some major improvements, up to and including players online now!
Plus I just attracted the chief editors eye over at GON, so we may be making progress. |

Howdy Kinsman,
cheers for the keys, poped on for a few rounds here n there so far and having fun. its been interesting, the earliest i've participated in a game test, there is plenty of fine tuning to go it seams and im impressed by what they have done. looking forward to lobbing a tennis racket propelled grenade. good fun times ![]() |

Another day, another new build, heres the changelist.
Game Play Updates: - Updated weapon ranges - Melee weapons can now knock vehicles around to get them unstuck. - Added achievements - Enemy name tags now pulse when enemy is in your spawns main base. Game Play Fixes: - Going to borderless window from fullscreen > native resolution could cause a bad window. - A fullscreen mode. - Increased vehicle vs world collision damage slightly. - No weapon switching on ladders. - Spawn Protection = 5 seconds. - Stops HUD timer when game is paused. - Fix for password failures not correctly being displayed by the rcon client. - Implemented filter system in the Server Browser. - Made some visual updates to Rooftop minimap. - New IceBreaker minimap. - Removed control point numbers from all minimaps. - Should fix full screen windowed mode to always work properly and moves "all" to the top of the aspect ratio list. - Default Settings Button now resets your settings in GUI. - Gamma Settings button now correctly adjusts in game. - Significant optimization on Derelict collision meshes. - Fixed Thrust Canyon crash. - Harpoon Adjustment (no longer launches teammates across map.) - Major Weapon Balance Pass. (Weapons Stats Link Coming Soon!) - Heavy Machine Gun recoil adjustments. - Lowered damage, range and mag count on Shotguns. Updated Bridge Map - Added shipping containers as cover to middle base. Updated Chasm Map - Reduced collisions. - Cleaned up rocks. - Cleaned up some floating geometry. |
