Seems legit, found a bit of discussion on whirlpool about people buying from these guys, and there was generally positive comments about their standards of service/price. Found less stuff about their warranty service, but the couple that I did see were also promising.
All in all, seems cheaper than a lot of places for DSLR's, especially all IRL stores, as well as offering warranty and a range of options to go with the camera such as lenses, filters, SD cards etc.
Websites a little hard to navigate but spend time going through the various packages they have there. They're also on eBay with a good rating, so I don't think I'll be wasting money.

Edit: The $700 also includes a Hoya Pro1 UV filter, baby size tripod, bag, travel adaptor for when I go overseas, little piece of plastic to stick over screen and all of 5 years warranty for the camera and 7 for the lens.
