Speaking of the Indonesian Air force, the US has offered another batch of refurbished F-16s and they also intend to buy 6 other C-130Hs that we will be retiring, along with the 4 that we are giving them.

Via RAAF Facebook page, I was well aware of pilots serving with other countries forces, but being allowed to fly the most advanced stealth fighter was what shocked me, thought the US would have wanted their pilots in them. Good experience for the Flight Lieutenant though.

Finally a decision, would've be silly to not get them converted considering the millions spent to add the extra wiring to allow conversion at a later date.

Bout time, honestly think they should've gone with all 24 being wired and upgraded to Growler. Be a great addition to the RAAF once the F35 comes online.

Hopefully if they purchase more to cover any more possible delays with the F-35 they will have that lot converted.
