Pr Community In Malaysia

I am in the process of moving to Malaysia KL from Australia and would like to know if there is a PR community site/servers in KL? Still waiting for internet connection but believe internet in Malaysia is in the bottom 10 on World rankings, but I need to try & get back to some PR gaming again since I've not been able to play for the last 10 months and am suffering badly from withdrawals.
I know that a great community as bigD is a hard act to follow but I won't be able to play in the bigD servers while I'm here due to the ISP & ping, so I am hoping that some sort of PR community exists in Malaysia.

Have also posted this in the PR .com forum but no response to date.

Would greatly appreciated any info that will help me.

Hey Oldy,
I had a quick search of BF2 servers in Malaysia, but there doesn't appear to be any servers hosted over there.
I'm pretty sure there's servers in both China and Japan? I think Psyrus was telling me about weekly events that the Japanese have which attracts a full server - kinda like the nights that Holzy et al. organise here.

You should be able to play in Australia though, even with a high ping it's better than nothing right?

Thanks xavo for your input, I'm sure there is a good following in Japan as that country has always had a big gaming following & there are some great players, again the ping will be a factor although I don't know how bad it will be.

I'd rather be on an bD server but if Japan is ok I will try there for a while, at worst I can always play SP...): and just keep following the bD forums (:
