So it is coming finally, Its going to be set on the eastern front of WWII And will feature an enhanced cover system that can be vaulted by units, aswell as snow maps where the terrain, primarily being snow will slow units movements. They also say that snow can provide cover from fire that one I'd like to hear more about as its very vauge. It's only known so far that the main campaign will feature Russia vs Germany.

Edit: I am still unsure who's publishing it with THQ nearly being bust in that forum linked there's mentions of EA... If they do publish it and destroy it, many tears will be shed.

Considering the original still gets some playing time with the great mods it has i'll probably get this one.

Anyone read about modding for COH2? is it going to be able to be done?

Yeah me too, been seeing people in steam playing for a couple of weeks, didn't realise pre-orders had it, oh well I wasn't paying $90/130 for it anyways, not unless it came with a real damn tank :p especially with US base price being $60 still. Guess it will tide me over until its on sale for a reasonable price. Kinda annoying its through facebook though, my usual people i play CoH with won't be getting this if that's the case :\ will have to try and get them keys elsewhere

cdkeys.com has the game for $45.. thats where most people i know have been getting it.

Its a steam code for both the finished game and the beta.
