Hey 101 guys, seen you in the server as of late and I'm glad we're getting more converts

My tips for recruiting:
- Have a community presence
As nice as it is that you've joined, I haven't seen the other 101ers around and so far it's 3 posts. People will be attracted to a lively and fun bunch of guys who I'm sure you are, however if you're recruiting from this community, the members have no way of knowing what you're like without some interaction with you on neutral terms [ie this forum rather than your own home base]. I think you'll come to find we have a pretty awesome thing going on here at bigD and hopefully will stick around for a long time

- Have an in-game presence
The #1 way I've found to attract players to my team is to squad lead them. If people like the way you run your ship, they'll be far more happy to jump on board full time. PR squad leading unknowns can be both daunting and quite frustrating, however there's a multitude of really quality players out there just begging to be picked up by some of the newer clans to the community.

If people have fun with you in pub games, they can be pretty sure that they'll enjoy your community as well. I hope AK101 can become another long time member of the bigD community.
