Unhappy Mod folders

Ok so I've had arma II since it was released and I've been watching the the latest releases of mods etc, but i need some help. I'm not 100% sure how to setup mod folders for it, and i tried searching and couldn't find anything. Ive created a mod folder and use Arma II Launcher and yet when i go to run the mods they don't work.. i'm really confuzzled and its making me sad could anyone help me or guide me in the right direction ... thanks in advance.

Re: Mod folders

list all of the mods, along with an example of your target line (dont use the luncher thing as imho its pretty crap) and also double check that all your mod folders name are the same as what you put them in your target line, and that the pbo's are in the Addon folder within the @"mod' folder, if its not working then 99% of the time its someting you messed up on, other 1% is a addon confliction.
